7 months today.... I am the unlucky guy :(

Euh Ponjoub c'est babynoufette, pas founette !!!!!!!!!!! :D :)

Have you ordered your GCMS notes ?

Hi PonJoub,
nothing new so far I just sent them an e-mail inquiring on the status of my application even though I believe that I will receive the same reply I got every time. (this is the fourth e-mail now since application reached 6 months)
I think GCMS notes will not do much at this stage since they won't disclose any information on security processing steps. and I am pretty sure I am in this stage right now.

Wish me good luck guys... best for you

indeed ...
but one of the senior of the forum (legalfalcon) mentioned in another thread that ordering GCMS notes could help to put back the PR application on top of the queue line because one agent/officer has to review the file before displaying it ... so maybe it is worth to order a GCMS note so that you can at least know at what stage is exactly your file (and if you receive your PPR before u receive the GCMS note => nevermind ... i guess you will still be happy ;) )

keep us posted
cheers

you're absolutely right...
I will wait to see what will their reply be, most probably tomorrow afternoon. Then I will see how to order GCMS notes as I am an outland applicant. I read somewhere that I will need to hire a third party to do it on my behalf by filling a form, sign it and uploaded somewhere, am I right?

Finalllllly PPR I am sooooo happy right now.

many thanks to all of you guys and wish all of you the best

Hi guys!
I received PPR today midnight time. My Visa Office is Paris but I need some advice. I'm from Spain, so no need to send original passport.

- Do I need to photocopy the main passport page and any pages with stamps? Do I have to include photocopies of blank pages (my passport is quite new).

- I can choose between sending the PPR documents to the VAC Paris or to the Embassy. Any recommandation in which place is better/faster?

Thanks for your help

Hi
first of all, congrats ! ;)
Just in case, I sent the photocopies of all the pages of our passports (that were new as well) and it worked. But if I am not mistaken I've seen somewhere in the forum that bio pages are sufficient ... but still ... I recommend to send the photocopies of all pages ....

for your 2nd question, I don't know what is the safest option (because I don't know what is VAC Paris) but for my case, I just had one choice which was the Embassy :
Immigration section / UPV
Embassy of Canada
37 Avenue Montaigne
75008 Paris, France

and it worked perfectly ...

I hope this helps ...
good luck
