Even My B/D not charged. According to the forum members they now charge the application received on 08/07 but mine on 13/07

Hi Marvik,

Its been a little over 4 weeks since I ordered CAIPS. I think they normally take 5-6weeks. So it will be in the next couple of weeks... Hopefully will have a better idea of my case file, how it has progressed and when the next BFD is..... Will keep you posted once I get an update. But I was told not to expect too much this year. Pre-June cases are more or less in a stand still. Hope we all will have some good news soon.

Did you get any automatic reply? If yes, then wait for few days. How many days exactly I really don't know, I think it depends on the mood of VO ;-) but as per my experience it can take from 1 working day to 4 weeks....

I got my CAIPS. Everything is in order. PSDEC=1 and the next BF'D is set for SELDEC. Which basically means that the point assessment is successful and there and now it goes to selection to see whether an interview is required or not. What I want to mention is all my case specific inquires and fax queries are all documented and shows on CAIPS. Also the replies sent by VO is also stated. So in my opinion it may be wise to limit you queries as much as possible. Anyway hope all of us get the visas soon.. All the best

Thanks await. I made inquiry sometime back also. When I went to Colombo VO they mention that also. You may be right that we should limit the inquiries.
