Not from sri lanka.(sttn got visa after 10 0r 11 month).Now i have been waiting for 10 months.They have not reply my e mails since march.BTw what is your NOC and where are you intend to land in Canada.What about your ecas says?Mine has not updated since "medical results has been received line apeared on last december.I feel realy bad noe Please KIT

Hi, are there any pre February 2008 FSW applicants in this forum still following up your case based on Colombo VO. If your application has been affected by new legislation shall we get together to make a voice against this unjustice action and hand over a petition to CHC. That will helpful to have a favourable decision at the court case, because all of these actions will collectively influence on CIC for changing their position.

Further we all can seek legal assistance individually or collectively at Federal courts.
