Are those your time lines down the bottom? Have you been refused after MR & paying the landing fee?

Yes sir,

They first informed me my Duties mismath and gave me 30 days to submit addnl docs
I submitted then my ecas change "processing start with date"
all of sudden i received refusal letter stating i have got 66 marks :-[
STATING MY WIFE EDUCATION(THEY SAY IT IS ONE YEAR DIPLOMA WHICH IS WRONG/tHEY HAVENT LOOK AT HER TRANSCRIPT)
Now i am trYing to reopen my case.

sorry to hear a such a sad story , now what ? will they refund your Application /landing fee ?

After the refusal letter no news (14 days).Letter doesnot say anything about RPRF or returning doc.I am preparing reconsideration letter with my consultant.The point calculation is wrong

They will not refund my application fee but RPRF

Any news from Colombo

After submission of collective petition (5 FSW PRE FEB 2008 applicants) to CHC, Colombo on 8th Nov again a reminder was given on 10th Dec as there was no response from CHC. I think this particular group members have to seek legal assistance to deal with CHC.

I got married on Oct 28,2012 and applied for a visa on 11th of Jan ,2013.I got a letter from CIC that my application has been sent to Sri Lanka on 19th of Jan,2013 .. The Status update shows " Medical results has been received " .. Can anyone please tell me , when will i get my Visa ? Pls don't say it will take up to 16 months ..... :-[ We are really missing each other ... Please help us .... :'(
