today team from canadian visa office came to my work place at 7 am in morning te enquire....they were six and everyone was having dairy and pen...every one in may bakery was questioned...they asked my employer about 50 questions...i was not present there bcoz my timings was changed recently...
i dont know what was outcome....plz friends suggest me what to do...i never heard that type of personel enquiry before...one member was gora other 5 was indian..

No need to worry,
In my opinion,
Generally its done by third party not by NDVO... Only telephone queries by VO/IO sometimes when they found few bit of puzzles in your reference letter(especially when the call is not answer from the employer they depute the third party) or sometime as sample they go through the file very deep scrutinizing ..
If NDVO has to do the job i think they will have done it in the office time of VO not in morning as per my opinion its by third party...the third party will submit the questionnaire,answer and their finding to the IO/VO about the on field investigation of your job...
If you have a genuine work experience no need to worry..if you have not submitted pay slips and other proof of evidence of your employment then i would recommend to prepare your document cause they might ask it..
