mera to haal bura ho raha hai, no news from NDVO for me.
almost 5 months am still waiting for AOR... mera number kab aayega?

Today I went to the RPO office at chandigarh in Ind Area-II for getting PCC as it has been requested in the medical instructions recd from NDVO. But the problem is that the RPO people are not issuing me the same on the plea that previous PCC was issued on 10/Mar/2012 and it is still valid as the PCC is valid for six months and they cant issue it for same country before six months expiry. They actually recieved my application and I deposited the fee and completed all the formalities at stages A,B & C. But after that they refused me the same stating that u can get it only after 10/Sep/2012.

Now please advise that whether I should send the same PCC which was issued to me on 10th march, 2012 (As two copies were provided when previous PCC was issued on 10/Mar/2012). I have Fee reciept dated 17/07/2012 and online status stating that they have recd my application for PCC and it shall be collected when u recieve email/sms for the same.

Senior members please do reply.

Nothing much to say.......since you have an AEO, ur case should be processed on priority. But nowadays, you can't predict anything.

Unfortunately, wait and watch is the only answer for ur query.

I don't remember ur case......has NDVO asked for a new PCC, when u have already provided one alongwith application?

If the answer to above question is a YES......Then you don't need to get a new PCC.

Write a covering letter to NDVO and tell them u have already provided a PCC with ur appln. Also tell them that since PCC was issued on 10.03.2012, now it won't be reissued till 10.09.2012 since it is still valid(as said by RPO).

Don't forget to provide the same PCC which was issued to you on 10th march, 2012 (As two copies were provided when previous PCC was issued on 10/Mar/2012), Fee reciept dated 17/07/2012 and online status stating that they have recd ur application for PCC and it shall be collected when u recieve email/sms for the same. :)

what exactly they asked for ? can u post that line here in which they asked for PCC

take them from RPO in written that they are not able to provide PCC before the date and send that letter to VO.

IF provided with the application,
Write cover letter mentioning you have forward the original PCC to CIC and also attach the PCC( duplicate copy,photocopy whatsoever available) for the reference....
