Yes they will have communication With RPA...if RPA is issuer...Thats why forum member say travel history can make delay in process for PR...

one of our relative works in clerical staff of ssp...he told me they often gets calls from embasseys to verify pcc...

@ Jaggy; You are right as you can add any of your dependent at any time before decision made; you can also withdraw your case before stamping the visa...

So if we talk about the procedures, rules & regulations then I would stand with Jaggy. That is what CIC website says
