My eCAS doesnt show about medicals yet, I have done medicals on Apr 5th.
And Im not sure if we can conclude something with this updates as for me its not real time so far :S

I have sort out the info as per the progress by their VO...Ppl got per first are above/on-top in list and those who will get the AOR first will be promoted in the list respectively

NDVO- New Delhi Visa office
LVO- London Visa Office

E- CAS Status
A-We received your application for permanent residence on dd/mm/yyyy"
B- we started procrssing on file dd/mm/yyyy
C- medical results have been received
D- decision made

Let me claify your time lines. I beleive you are little confused with time. Please check the email again, they might have mentioned that the file was received on 19-mar-2012, this is when your file was received by CIC at Nova Scotia. so accordinly the timelines are as follows :-

1) You send your file on 12-03-2012
2) Your file received by CIC Nova Scotia :- 19-03-2012
3) You Received PER from Nova Scotia :- 27-03-2012
4) You receiced AOR rom Delhi VO :- 26-04-2012
