Important part of Minister Kenney speech on 17th April 2012
Today, Minister Kenney announced two additional changes that will help transform Canada's immigration system. One proposed change would help CIC ensure FSW applicants meet current labour market needs. It would allow new rules set out in Ministerial Instructions to apply to people who have already submitted an application. For example, instructions could place a priority on a specific occupation, such as doctors, and have existing applications from doctors processed first, regardless of where they are in the queue.

A similar change would allow new regulations, once approved, to apply retrospectively to people who have already submitted an application. These changes would help ensure that immigrants are chosen based on Canada's current needs and priorities.

So, What will happen with those 30% people who haven't get their 2nd AOR after 22nd days of PER received. I am the 30%.

don't loose the faith, you will get it anytime from now!! There may be a chance the you can get Visa before all of us...!!
you can't compete or compare to anyone, CIC have different case worker for different ppl, so be patience and hope for good!!

In India, for a adult>>>medical fees is RS 3100 and for a child below 5, the fee is Rs700

Yup u rite......also a word called Destiny plays a big part.....to be very frank, I have seen so many applns presented to the point and yet being rejected and sumtimes the ones having major flaws gets thru.....

so guys jus believe in god and hope he has written CANADA in our destiny

I have been trying to reply for last 2 days but I was getting permission denied when i submit



1. Have you submitted your medical and PCC..??
=> Yes, My medical, Passport and Fee was delivered on 9th Apr at VO

2. what is the actual procedure/process for medical.. and to get PCC?
=> Instruction sheet was given in the medical request mail. We have to call the medical center and confirm wht all we need to bring.
We were not asked for PCC as we submitted it along with our initial application

But, For PCC procedure, register and check here passportindia.gov.in
We have to take original passport and fee, they give it on same day these days

3. How much you pay for it?
For medicals: 6100Rs per adult, for kids it varies according to age

4. What is your E-cas status..?
It is still "IN PRCESS" with single line saying when my application reached nova scotia office :|
