Hi Guys, I checked today and found 3rd Line added (Medicals received) on my Ecas. It might have been updated on saturday 29th Sep. I would be sending my PP, POF and RPRF to NDVO on monday.

Mine and Rawlin timelines and NOC are same, so by Gods grace hopefully by mid or End of Nov we should get our PP back with MAPLE leaf.

@ sonit, preetsukh, toshiba77 and naaz I have ordered my gcms and so has abhay175......I would advice you guys to order it too thru www.visafile.info

If you get MR before GCMS well and good and you would only loose $25 for ordering.....Thats only my advice, ordering gcms or not is your take

I received from Centralized intake office AOR at July 10th 2012 saying everything ok and forward the file on visa office.
Still no responce from visa office(rome) and the ecas status says "application received"
How long it takes ? anyone familiar with the procedure ?

jaggy bhai wat is GCMS....?

GCMS is short for "Global Case Management System", and is the newer computer system that CIC is rolling out across their offices around the globe. Once fully incorporated it would supersede CAIPS & FOSS; and manage all info under one umbrella - Mother of All. It's still under implementation in many overseas CHCs. And expected to be fully operational by 2012.

In short, it contains all the notes made by visa officers, points awarded, any concerns with your appln, etc.

Ordering through www.visafile.info is simple and you don't need to fill any forms. Just pay them $25 and provide your name,DOB and application no.....thats it.

I have no personal interests in the site, but I find it the most simple way to order GCMS...let me know incase of any further doubts

Ahhhh......sorry to hear that.....I have seen many interviews taking place for NOC 7241 now-a-days........even I'm mentally preparing for an interview and have already ordered GCMS.

I would advice you the same since you have 10 months for an interview....All the best
