It does mean that they require a fresh PCC........but I think there is a miscommunication which needs to be sorted.

The only way to do it is by writing a cover letter explaining ur situation to NDVO.

Write a covering letter to NDVO and tell them u have already provided a PCC with ur appln. Also tell them that since PCC was issued on 10.03.2012, now it won't be reissued till 10.09.2012 since it is still valid(as said by RPO).

Don't forget to provide the same PCC which was issued to you on 10th march, 2012 (As two copies were provided when previous PCC was issued on 10/Mar/2012), Fee reciept dated 17/07/2012 and online status stating that they have recd ur application for PCC and it shall be collected when u recieve email/sms for the same.

I recently taken pcc for my employment purposes in middle east. As u said they will not issue another pcc after the expiry of previous one. Now I want to submit the pcc to vo as part of my immigration to Canada .Can I apply for pcc for different purpose?

You can request two copies of a PCC on the same time for future reference!!

Dear......I have read this whole thing earlier(itna mein exams ke liye read karta toh kaha hota )

Its nothing in particular........just showing how MIs have fared.........CIC have taken a poll with various VOs and most VO think that MIs have reduced heir workload somewhat.......In general what does MI mean and its relevance.

I check it two times a day Sherybhai.......the first time is @ 1.30 pm IST, coz if NDVO updates then they would update it by at the most 1 pm for that day.

The 2nd time I check it at 7.30pm IST, if its updated from CIC end then thats the time you can expect it.

PS:Thats what I think......earlier I used to check it 5-7 times a day.

Bro.....read it again......they have used the words concisely as "require an average of 10 months to process".

We can only hope that it gets processed within the timeframe
