Same with me.only one suggestion please Get an hour ago before your reporting time.

Documents required:Original passports.
Five photographs of each member.Don't forget your's MR letter and Medicals forms sent by VO.

thanks for sharing the info...but I think case worker dealing with MI-3 application or any other case have nothing to do with Students!!

I think they have team of specialist in each category!! But if your info is true and then we should get ready for good news!!

1 Urine test
2 Blood test
3 Physical Examination
4 X-Rays

You need to carry.
1 Passport Size Pics(6 copies-Safe Side)
2 Copy of MR and MR form sent by CHC/CIC
3 Original Passport

of each applicant.

Yes, the list and procedure is correct.
We were also asked to get soft copy of passport size photos (only Adults) either in CD or Pen Drive
Not sure if this is required only in chennai
