They are A** H**** and I am sure that they wont do that but I can try to get that done from my college only (without Board / Registrar / Sectary Stamp or sign )..

yes apply for it and get it sealed either by year college or university both is accepted by NDVO.in gujarat transcripts r prepared by colleges nd university only verifies it.if IO is having any doubt then he can directly verify from university.
Subbmission of transcripts at CIC level reduces time and any doubt about fulltime study.hence the IO can directly award points without any hazel.
Anyways u can get it done now,keep it ready if asked u can submit it without delay.if not asked it will be useful to u if creditential assesment is required for regulated jobs after going to canada.

ND applicants, please ensure the following when you take a draft for RPRF fee.

1. The beneficiary should be “Receiver General for Canada” if it is in CAD
2. The beneficiary should be “Canadian High Commission” if it is in INR

Both payable at New Delhi.

yeh baat....very true and useful info for NDVO applicant...serge19 is one of victim, who got confused about DD for his little son!! actually he sent dd in INR and some ppl told him that would be invalid, but serge was right and dd got encashed, and he is requested MR.

Transcript is required to be submited along with the application at CIC-NS because it contains study hours per week for each subject and overall summary of all years/sem's so the IO can easily award u the points for full time study.
One guy from pak was awarded only 10 points for education. Becos he did not provided TCps. He was Ph.d from UK. Got rejjected by LVO after Getting PER bKcos of scoring >67 pts.
He submitted only photocopies of marksheets nd degrees.
He also commented the word "if availlable".tricky word....

u answered it urself bro........tht guy frm pak was a PhD frm UK.....nd as i mentioned earlier "Original Transcripts a must for Phd and masters". As of its LVO, they r jus w8in to find any small mistake in ur appln to reject whereas NDVO definitely provides a chance to its applicants....if they know that transcripts can be provided by the applicant

The visa officer are local ppl and they r well versed abt educational docs(they r trained to spot artifical docs)........sum strict visa officers may ask for transcripts at any cost ....but most of them won't ask transcripts for graduates.....

@shibu u could have clarified this wid the DMP nd he would have provided u an answer for that.....personally I don't think it would affect ur case one bit......there are thousands of applicants taking 100s of antibiotics.....CIC is least concerned wid them......they don't want you hve a disease that would endanger, spread or put additional strain on their medical structure

Now the Issue I have is that I did a diploma from Polytechnic & thats from Technical Education Board Haryana... there was a registrar at that time...
But now they have sectary in head office which is in Panchkula... They say that they never give out the transcript before as its a board not a university... So I went to college & asked them to issue the same...
I dont know if that will be accepted ???

But I believe, every polytechnic issue you a mark sheet after every semester!!
I think, that is more than enough!! don't you have all that mark sheet? From which poly you have done your diploma and in which trade?
