M waiting in darkness, no news wether good or bad. (after getting reply mail form cic on 26th that they have my application)

cant understand what to do. Waiting with hope. :)

You should be hearing with a good news soon as they are not receiving any new apps, 10000 max is been received last week so now they are working on pending lists...

Small + or - does not make any difference.. So have faith & go ahead with your medicals... :) :) :) :) :)
