Today, I have got my Medical Request from NDVO....

Dear Members,

I have opened my mail box today and can't believe to see a mail from NDVO, they have requested for medical to me,along with
1. Recent photograph of me,spouse and my baby!!
2. Recent bank statement/Certificate
3. passports(all members)
4. RPRF

I'm very happy and please advise me to stay fit as I'm planning to go for my medical next week.

Be fit and stay fit
Book a nearest DMP asap,
Book your appointment as per your convince,
Avoid red meat, alcohol and cigarette as far as possible for the date you do medical,
Drink lots of water,
Eat lots of fruit,
avoid heavy diet routine,
while going to Medical eat a curd and banana ,

We received your application for permanent residence on February **, 2012.

We started processing your application on May **, 2012.


Hope good news for every one will be there in this week.

@ serge I don't think one needs to take any precaution for medicals.......coz if u r fit in everyday life....no matter wat u eat and drink ur reports would be also normal.......Just go positively and u should do gud.....all the best
