Some updates regarding my case:
I got doc request (POF) on July 18.
I received my 3th GCMS notes today,
Eligibility: not started
Security: not started
RCMP screening: No reportable trace for me and my spouse (I included the consent form in my GCMS request)
criminality: In Progress (me and my spouse)
After I received my 2nd GCMS notes, I noticed that there is a note by FA01772: "PA meets minimum fund requirement". FA also updated selection and removed 5 adaptability points for previous study in Canada and did not award us any points for spouse education! Total point:62! But the value of eligibility was "not started". I freaked out and sent them an email immediately and received this answer: "Dear applicant, your eligibility is not assessed yet and any points were not awarded. Your application is in a queue for a review by an officer.
Thank u for ur patient and keeping ur correspondence to a minimum." After receiving this answer, I didn't have any choice but wait and order another GCMS. In my recent notes nothing has changed (just RCMP for my spouse showed up, as I had included the consent form) but, there is a note indicating that documents regarding my spouse's education has been printed and attached to my file.
How could I know my due date? Is it under application assignment section?
Do you think FA accepted my work experience or he just simply updated the selection done by Sydney and removed those adaptability points?

If that's FA for you then its a good news for you. But based on the experience of this forum FA is the last officer who finalize the application and make the decision.

Have a look at the 'Notes' section at the very end. If your application has been analyzed by an officer in Ottawa his/her recommendations must show up here. It usually starts like this 'I have analyzed this application against the selection criteria..........'.

For your next due date look under 'Application Assignment'. This indicates the next available date by which an immigration officer would review your file. As regards due dates for your admissibility review look under the appropriate subsection (i.e Medical, Criminality and Security).

You can find due date one line under officer name in eligibility section. No, GG did not put any note at the end of the caips, which I don't know what it means.
The only note I have is from SL who refused to approve my initial work reference letter, but not from this new officer GG.

Thank you. There isn't such a note. There is a note:"PA meets minimum fund requirement" by FA01772 and another note:"documents regarding spouse's education received..."by RK6165. The application was assigned to FA by RK and due date is end of December 2013. But, there is another due date under eligibility assessment which is May 2014.

Who requested your Docs? was he RK? Was your application assigned to SL by RK right after the Doc request?

NO I DON'T HAVE ANY NOTE REGARDING MEETING THE MINIMUM FUNDN REQ. And they are not predictable timing wise.For people who applied after May 2012 SL processed the file almost once they received the requested doc. I think you shouldn't be worried now, you have a long way to go.

Emailed requested documents and an updated verification of employment to CCPO on August 16. I emailed them today to follow up on the attachment of submitted documents to my PR application. They replied in few hours (out of office hours, 11 pm Ottawa time!) and confirmed the receipt of the submitted documents. The response was prompt and courteous.

Send them an inquiry. I did not receive mine after 40 days, and sent them an e-mail. They did not find my application, and asked me to re-submit another one. 30 days have passed from my 2nd application now, and no news yet again .

I expect mine around the 27th of this month. As aidina suggested sent them an email with a screen shot of the automated email you got in response to submitting your request. I did this the last time and got mine in less than two days

I did sent an inquiry email about a week ago. They replied my email in a day;

"We apologize for the extra time taking on this file.
We currently have a backlog and this is due to a high volume of requests.
We are currently finalizing your file and you should be receiving it shortly."

They sent me this email on Aug 10th. It seems that I am a special case for them BTW, I am going to reply their email and ask for how long "shortly" means for them. Is it another month.

got my notes now. Security non started as mehroonir and beh467. Application assigned to FA**** with the due date of 2013/10/08. Criminality in progress with the due date of 2013/08/01.

I don't know when the security is not started it is really not started or not.
In my friend's GCMS notes who had applied under CEC, the security was not started but when he went to MP and MP assistant called Ottawa, Ottawa told that his security has started 3-4 months before his GCMS notes date. He has got passport request recently.

In a month, I will go to MP and will ask them to call Ottawa.
