Thanks Asbereth and mkrp . I am glad this struggle is finally over for me . After Asbereth's experience, I was mentally prepared for worst..lol. You did a very thoughtful thing by sharing your experience Asbereth.I thing the good experiences can be skipped by the bad must definitely be shared because they give you a heads up at least. If I wasn't expecting a jerk, I would have been very very upset with the opening statement of the officer who helped me.....He would have completely spoiled my mood and ruined my experience..lol...Anyways, it doesn't bother me and now it doesn't matter as well.
I just shared it, so that other people are not taken aback if they come across a rude officer. Imagine you just got passports and documents back after visa issuance and you go for landing procedure, all happy and full of smiles thinking that you almost already have your PR (actually you almost do) and then you have to deal with this jerk of an officer, who makes you feels that as of now you are a nothing and you may still be denied the permanent residency. And when after half and hour or so he actually tells you that you are finally a permanent resident, you will be so angry /upset / worried, that you may actually not even enjoy that moment..lol...
Thanks Guys for all you help, once again.
Thanks a_nashed
