I agree with you on this. It is quite a possibility, once they receive the PCC, they may move on to the next step. So, sending both the documents together is a better option.

Hi Guys, my passport has been delivered to the Calgary post office, I just haven't received it due to the flooding in the city. Hoping to receive it soon and hopefully they have issued the Visa. By the way in my case it took them exactly two weeks to send it back.

Guys I have a question, is it possible they could still be doing eligibility assessment even after sending the medical request. Or has anyone been denied PR after medical request.

Mine still says In Process`. I just hope they have assessed it before sending me the medical, which is going to cost me around $550
