I hope so. But I am not 100% sure. My case will show that if they accept it or not.HTC2013 said:Is it possible to update the Language Score with a higher one after the application being submitted? As you did.

Exactly the same, Do not worry about the email, from my experience , first they update the eCAS and then they will send an email.chakri264 said:Hi Hooman 2012,
In eCAS they updated the status of my application. I see my application is in process. How about yours? but still there is no file number or PER email from them. Confused..
Yes, that is FA01772.asbereth said:aidina, as much as I would love to keep slandering CPP-Ottawa, that was actually a very good news. Who sent the email by the way? Was it FA01772?
Congrats, man It should be smooth sailing from now on. Just don't commit any crimesMarMar20 said:Hi,
An update on my case....got medical request today
I gave you four stars for being the first one overturning Ottawa's decision on this work experience bull-crap (okay, technically it was hooman2012, but you overturned their decision on selection factor as well).aidina said:Guy,update me on the tracker. I am not rejected anymore .
Except for April 2012 and May 2012 applicants, I think most people got their eCas updated before PER. It should be really soon.hooman2012 said:Exactly the same, Do not worry about the email, from my experience , first they update the eCAS and then they will send an email.
Thanks. Please take a look at this:asbereth said:Congrats, man It should be smooth sailing from now on. Just don't commit any crimes

Hi N_O,N_O said:No one can bring more than $10k to Canada! I think the best is to do what hooman said, as Iranian he knows how to transfer the money legally.
I told you in my previous comments. Under 40K is legal. Sarrafies do this all the time.aidina said:Thanks. Please take a look at this:

The sanction is for 40K and up. There is an exemption for financial services in respect of non-commercial remittances of $40,000 or less. Do you think I can use this information to convince the officer?
Ya, I think it's fine. Section 5d of the amendments mentioned that transactions are prohibited unless it ishooman2012 said:I told you in my previous comments. Under 40K is legal. Sarrafies do this all the time.
Also, I think aidina already has the money here. Since he and his wife each brought less than 10k, as long as he can show the transactions from the bank accounts from which he withdraws the money, I think it should be fine.financial services in respect of non-commercial remittances of $40,000 or less sent to or from Iran or any person in Iran, if the person providing the financial services keeps a record of the transaction
