Congrats!! for your RPRF, you better to use some other browser. And yes for sure u r getting ur MR very soon. Good luck with the remaining process. Sorry for the other fellow who got the rejection . There is no such a convincing word for them.kg.jadu said:Guys,
I received an email from OttPilot-Immigration today asking to pay the RPRF. Their email was the same as what anjuku and GeoCanadian got:
The email was sent from GG06553. I did not receive the medical request yet.
I tried following the link in the email (https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en) but it does not appear to be working. (The requested URL /epay/welcome.do was not found on this server.) I remember that some people on this thread had this very issue before. How did you resolve it? Did the website start working after some time, or did you use a different link?
Thank you,
-kg.jadu

Congrats, man I guess there is no point in sending your passport today since it's Friday now and it's already past 5 PM, but do not delay the payment of RPRFhossein61 said:We took our medical exam within a few hours after receiving the medical request! It was an Emedical one.
It has to be either a copy of your diploma in case you have completed a course or an original copy of your transcript showing that your degree has be conferred (in case you are yet to get your degree but have completed all of your requirements towards it). In case you have not completed a degree as yet, your transcripts would suffice as it would show the period of time for which you have been enrolled in grad school in addition to the courses you took.beh467 said:Hi
I have not received any email regarding my current application yet. However, it is possible that they reject my application. So, I'm getting prepared for the reapplication.
In the document checklist available through http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf I can not find anywhere that what we should submit as a proof of our previous study in Canada.
Does anyone know how we should prove our previous study in Canada?
Thanks.S_Govind said:It has to be either a copy of your diploma in case you have completed a course or an original copy of your transcript showing that your degree has be conferred (in case you are yet to get your degree but have completed all of your requirements towards it). In my case, I enclosed a notarized copy of my canadian masters as a proof to get those adaptability points and I did get them

You can circumvent that technicality by providing a letter from the school of graduate studies. The SGS at U of T gives a letter to that effect. Not sure how it works with other schools though.beh467 said:Thanks.
But the problem is that the new rules indicate that "You finished at least two academic years of full-time study (in a program at least two years long) at a secondary or post-secondary school in Canada" while there is nothing in the transcript showing that our study has been full-time.
Thank you very much asbereth! I hope this is indeed the case.asbereth said:Congrats, dude!!! Use the following link

For some reason, the link they have in the RPRF request email was wrong. I think we can put to rest the question of your eligibility now You'll get your medical once they have concluded your (and your wife's) RCMP screening, at least, that's how I understand the process based on several members here.

Hi GeoCanadian,GeoCanadian said:Hello friends,
Got our medicals done today doctor using new electronic reporting system. Now, another waiting period shall begin. Can someone who has gone through this experience give me an idea how long I may expect to wait for passport request from the time of completing medical exams?
Thank you, mkrp21 - this gives me a good idea. Wow - if it indeed depends on the number of different jobs I included in my application then I am in for a looong wait. Time to order the CAIPS... Will keep you updated.mkrp21 said:Hi GeoCanadian,
According to my experience and as visible in the excel sheet also that if you have only TA/RA experience, the avg. waiting time after medical is about 25-30 days to get the passport request. The more experience you have, the more time they need for background check etc. People with other experience usually have to wait longer about 2 months or more for passport request. Since you have extra experience, I guess you may have to wait to around 2 months. Again it depends on how many (jobs) extra experience do you have.
Good luck

Ya, now may not be a bad idea to order GCMS notes. Based on my GCMS notes that are current up to April 24, it looks like my background check had already been concluded even before my medical was passed. This would probably explain why I got decision made and medical received at the same time on my eCas (by the time they were evaluating my eMedical report, everything other aspect of admissibilities had already been concluded).GeoCanadian said:Thank you, mkrp21 - this gives me a good idea.
