My bad, I thought you had applied already. Quebec immigration is usually longer than the federal because it has the provincial step, and then it goes to to the federal level. Also, right, know the average time for immigration in the FSW is, I would say, about 18 months. And no. you do not land immediately, you have to abroad (USA) and return back to land and change your status. And what I meant is that in immigration Quebec they say attach your PR aaplication with CSQ application and we will stamp it with date of receiving the CSQ application. If you get the CSQ the PR application will be returned to you with the CSQ. This is done for priorities. Does that mean if my PR application is stamped by Quebec immigration, its processing time will be shorter in the Federal?
