What a Beautiful Day!!

I received MR as well as RPRF today at 4:11PM. We were so disappointed few days ago and lost hopes because of fluctuations in the balance, Proof of Funds request although We had more than CIC recommendations. Now, I assume that CIC is convinced on what we sent them and in turn sent us MR and RFRF in 2 emails. At this point in time, I would like to share this joy and thank everyone in this forum for the continued support to your fellow immigrant.

Special thanks to Adamant (+1 +1+1 for you my friend), Formal_Verification (+1+1+1 for you my friend), and Ododo (+1+1+1 for you my friend) for very kind suggestions and your words brought more energy within me to deal with this and finally it turned out well.

Many congrats to you that's great news.... I have just also received the RPRF request yesterday, and I have been trying to use my credit card to pay the fees, but I keep getting a payment failure message. Do you mind sharing ur experience if you managed to get your payment through? I have called my bank several times and they are assuring me there is nothing wrong with my credit card, and the last time I called they advised me to call CIC to know what is happening as if that is possible....
So my only hope now is to know that their website is temporarily, somehow, out of service and not processing the payments, and hopefully if I tried again later it would work.

Thank you for the wishes my friend. I just completed the RPRF payment few minutes ago using my credit card and it all went fine. So that means CIC payment website is working. Did you try using another computer to pay your fees as sometime cookies will not allow your payment to go through. Just a thought but i would suggest try maximum from your side instead of calling CIC. And make sure that you do not have outstanding transactions pending to appear on your credit card statement. If nothing works, Can you try using debit card. If not try using another credit card if you have spare one. I hope this time your transactions will be successful.

thanks so much for your reply. The payment finally went through ;D . turned out the problem was with my billing address. I have recently changed my home address, and I did update my bank account, but for some weird reason the bank only updated the debit card account address, not the credit card :'( I figured out this problem early this morning and called the bank to update the address, and I thought I had it all settled down. But it turned out that it takes some time for the address change to be effective (a lot of time indeed, almost 12 hours).

Anyway, now that is done can anyone help with how to email the receipt. It has many empty fields for the UCI, address, date of birth, ....
Are we supposed to fill these fields out, scan the receipt and send it back, or send it out with these empty fields as is. Also what information to include in the email? Just the application number or again the date of birth, UCI, ....

Hello guys, I received my ppr last Friday. The whole process is faster than I expected. Here is my timeline:

NOC: 4012
App. Filed.......: 11-Sep-2014
Med's Request: 05-Feb-2015 (got additional doc request along with the medical request)
Passport Request: 30-Apr-2015

I registered this forum when I started my application and got lots of help from your discussions (although I did not post anything at all...)
I sincerely appreciate your efforts to share your knowledge and experience regarding PR application!!! And the person who initiated this topic, you are so great!!

Hope you guys get your ppr soon!!

Glad to hear that your payment went through on their website .

I would fill those all fields out and scan the receipt and send it back to the email provided. I guess the email ID has been provided in your RPRF payment request. If not here it is: CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca

For your second question: I would briefly introduce myself with UCI number Application Number, Home address, and finally application number. This is all they have sent you in the email. So i would attach it or just respond to that email so that you are including all that information.
