Thanks a lot Adamant!! I appreciate you have been a saviour to many immigrants here. They only gave me 30 days to show this balance. I could have deposited more in the first instance itself while filing the application, and now we are repenting. Hopefully i might have received some stipend/RA from school today but that will not be sufficient i guess. I also think that a couple of months ago, i had deposited lot of money which i withdraw in order to help someone with financial emergencies. CIC might ask me this money transfer of 4-5K in near future. Whats your thoughts on this.

I believe u are given one/two months to show the amount. So instead of depositing 3/4 k suddenly in ur account u better to wait until ur funds from school (assuming ur RA/TA money) or from other source deposits in ur account. In that way u will not be questioned where this money came from which meant much safer. Yes it doen'st matter whether ur kid is Canadian citizen or not .........u have to show the funds according to the number of family members.

I guess they will not bother how much money getting out from ur account, they will mainly concern how much getting in and want to make sure that those money were not borrowed from somewhere else and has to be ur own money. So, as long as u have enough in ur account and deposited from a reasonable source u will be safe. If u make any preauthorize payment like tuition or anything else from this account stop them for now to save more money in ur account. Please do not explain anything which u r not required to, for example do not talk anything about ur money which u transferred to someone else. Most importantly keep that in mind, if u can't provide sufficient money from a reasonable source, I am sorry to say ur application will be refused for not being Economically eligible. Funding check is part of ur eligibility and usually ask before medical check, i.e., admissibility check. Good luck.

I am travelling after one month and need the urgent processing application. Should I bring the flight tickets with me to the officer ??

What do u mean by PR card application? u don't need any application for PR card when u r landing. CBSA will send ur CoPR (the one with the attached photograph) to CIO to process ur PR card. I never heard anyone can give a express post envelope to CBSA during their landing. U can bring one with you perhaps ur Immigration officer during landing will accept urs but there is no guarantee and I have never heard anyone did that before. Usually it takes around a month, although they said 42 days. Please note that once u receive ur CoPR do not do anything on that paper, no signature nothing without presence of an officer. This paper will need until ur Citizenship so be very careful.

I think that would be a good idea, perhaps any other relevant documents to convince them in order to make it faster for u. Please share ur story in the group if it worked out for u. This may help others in the groups who might need in such urgent.

Thank you for your valuable suggestions Adamant! I will stop all pre-authorized payments from now. Would getting money from Parents back home in the form of gift and which will not be returned to them will affect this process. Ultimately if money is coming from parents, its obviously becomes my money as long as i am not taking loan from them. Sorry for the endless questions but i need your help. Already there have been lot of fluctuations resulting in balance going below $14000. We are prepared for negative side too and but apply next time in express entry i guess. We are also Adamant like you and you taught us how not to loose hopes.

I still don't understand, is the PR card automatically issued when landing and mailed to you later? or I can apply myself afterwards?
If you check the cic website, they said you can use this application if you are applying for your first PR card. what does it mean?

It will be automatically issued once u finish the landing process. u don't have to apply for it . As far i know PR card can be applied only if u need to renew or lost or stolen, it that kind of circumstances.

They asked me for a police certificate from China, my home country.

It's weird they didn't ask me a police check in Canada. I didn't attach it in the original application either. But I am going to send them both documents anyways.

Normally they do not ask for police check from Canada Since they request it from RCMP directly. Did you submit a police certificate from China in the original application? What was your primary NOC? only RA/TA work experience?

No, I didn't include any police check in my original application. Yes, I only used TA/RA work experience.
