These days, this is normal. Your study permit and your wife's work permit both come at the same time. You will receive an email from CIC once they finalize the decision. Didn't you apply online? If so, your CIC login should be activated.

I have applied for my study permit 3weeks ago! I had received an email last week that my account has been updated! When i logged in My CIC, i couldn't see any update or message though!! ??? : do you have any idea?

They request this from all Iranian applicants! I would submit it in ms word format via an separate email including your file number

They request this from all Iranian applicants! I would submit it in ms word format via an separate email including your file number

It is not important to say but just wanted to tell you my opinion that ms word format is not a professional format of sending documents. If I were you, I would go for pdf format.
