So, it actually seems to start after medical request, while I really doubt that nowadays, as it seems they try to make much of the process goes as parallel as possible in order to have faster processing.
A bit of a concern, up to now since getting my PER (almost 2 mths ago), I can't view any details whatsoever in eCas.
Is that normal? Tried using UCI number, or Application number (starts with an 'E') but getting no information. No statement saying 'In Process' either?
Anyone experience the same strange delay?
Btw, only received one correspondence from immigration which is an email with subject line 'Application for Permanent Residence in Canada' - I take it as PER. Correct me if I am wrong.
