Based on my observation, Ottawa is recently issuing MR or RPRF on Mondays and Fridays. Hopefully I break the rule by getting them before Friday

I filed my app on the same date and have PER on the same day with you. Still no MR. Maybe it's still the spring festival

I think driver's license is enough, as long as it has your photo and signature.

BTW, r u gonna do the medical in Toronto? If so do you have any suggestions of the physicians?

usually u need just an ID for MR, however, you might need ur study permit and driver's licence for the identification if u do not have ur passport in handy. Our physician did not ask for our passport, although we brought with me. So you better ask your physician whether your other ID is OK for them to process ur medical examination or not. U have to make sure you will bring ur medical request form which contains the IME number for the applicant.

Congratulations!! to all applicants who got the PER, MR, RPRF and PPR recently. One of my friend got PPR on 14th February who was also August applicant like me. Although she applied on early August. So hoping all the very best for August applicants. Hopefully, we will get something by end of this month or by early March. After long wait (done medical on 19th Jan) my third line for Medical results has appeared in eCAS status on last friday.

Congratz Adamant. Hope you get your PPR soon. We are still waiting to get back our passports from CPC-O.

Please guys, I need a suggestion. I was asked to send my daughter's renewed PP by email but I was not asked to extend her immigration document which expires 8 April, 2015. Do you think I should extend it as soon as I get the PP or wait until expiry?

Just got GCMS notes.... it was generated on 26/Jan... by then my wife did not pass medicals as they were just received and medical section was still processing... so in progress (though it says passed for me and my kid)


I can see eligibility: passed, criminality: passed but it shows blank for security.... not sure it is common.


Due date is March 6th......

The only thing that I really liked was... my file was received by CPC-Ottawa registry on 22/Dec (though my PER was on 2/Dec) and
CPC STARTED EVALUATION ON 23/Dec...... wow..... CPC.....

Yes it is common. You will never get any info regarding security and HIRV.
