    I got a message like that a couple of weeks after I applied, with no real update on MYCIC. So I interpreted the message as a mistake!

    If your application is complete, you will get it much earlier than 68 days. I applied on Feb 19th and got it this week. The issue date says March 19th. So the processing is one month, add 1 week or 2 for mailing time.
