Thanks,pepe84 said:Please follow the advice from Hisham984 as he succeded in this regard.
Please note that showing appartment lease, thesis defense date, or personal letters to express your intention to live outside Quebec may not be sufficient to convince a visa officer. You may want to find a posdoc possition outside Quebec, prove you never learned French, declare you never applied for CSQ, and show a supervisor letter expressing his or her committment to authorize you to write your thesis outside Quebec while your PR application is in process. Read previous posts from Hisham984 and you will see that permanent resident visas cannot be issued to FSW applicants currently living in Quebec. You must leave Quebec before becoming a permanent resident.

I have some positive email exchanges from one company for industrial postdoc in Vancouver, and I am visiting him
and the conference in which he is chairing in April and I will have fight ticket confirmation and registration receipt.

My supervisor will write me letter stating that he authorized me to write my thesis outside of Quebec, as this is the only
thing left in my degree requirements.

Signing new lease seems not easy task for now . Do you think the above the things + things about CSQ you mention can satisfy the
visa officer.
thanks

There is great news to share, I got Passport request, ( Don't worry about CIC working on Sat, I received last night), The title of email is ready for Visa. and its really strange email was in french. I checked and translated on google translator. They advised me to send passport via Canada Post.
Can you guys advise me what is best way to send Passport, I need to send another document with Passport.
My wife is back home, any idea to send her passport to embassy back home.
Thanks Pepe, for your promt reply. how long Ottawa office takes to process passport for visa?pepe84 said:Congrats bro! The ready for visa email also comes in French, but the English version is always on top of the email. Send your passport via Canada Post, BUT if your wife is back home, I would make arrangements with CPC Ottawa about where and how to send your wife's passport.
Remember that they clearly indicated in the email that "passports from each family member must be submitted together" I am not sure if you can send your passport to Ottawa and your wife's to another Visa office overseas. Better ask CPC before sending your passports to anywhere.
Also, when you get your immigrant visas they will tell you that dependants CANNOT land before the principal applicant. Dependants must land with or after the principal applicant.
