This is really good question. I also had the same impression how do I see the officer. But I had to know this because we suppose to surrender her visitor status to CBSA. The location of their office is at Aisle 9, if you go straight just before the stone wall to your right there is small sign which says CBSA Service something like that. U have to use the buzzer and have to explain why did u come and then they will let u in to their office.cantaloupe said:how did you get hold of an officer in the airport? because you were in the departure area, right?
But really wish nobody ever need to go through with this kind of stressful situation. It was not that easy to convince the officer, we have to show tons of documents for that. But anybody needs further information please feel free to inbox me.
