Applicant from PhD program after 5 Nov, 2011 connect here to get status

My status has changed to Decision made and I am the applicant from Quebec. I was just wondering if this is a bad sign meaning that I'm rejected. Could they make decision before a medical exam. I'm so stressed.

I have yet to see a similar situation where it lead to anything but a pass request. You should be happy.

oh, this one is "Decision Made" before medical. Medical examination is mandatory. I hope they've made a mistake but be prepared to file an appeal.

I think so...it is not a good sign. I hope I am not right, but most probably it is a rejection.

Hi, As I guessed you might be from Iran too, I had a question for you. On the national ID card ( kart melli) there is no issue date, what did you put as the issue date then on your forms? Also my national ID is already expired, do you think I should renew it ? Thanks a lot.

Yesterday I got RPRF and today I got medical request. Also, I got Police certificate from Thailand request yesterday. I have submitted my application on April 3rd, 2014.

It seems very difficult to get police certificate from Thailand. Officer was asking me to pay when it is free of cost mentioned on their website.
