It varies. In most cases, a week or two from the date AVO received the passport, in other cases it may take a month+.

Just keep watching your MyCIC profile for the Approved and Closed notification.

Hello family,

I want to ask couple of questions though i dont have an ITA yet but I just want to know the answers so that u can prepare well and it would guide me when I eventually get an ITA.

1. Am from an extended family, my Dad though late has four wives and lots of kids in the twenties range, will i have to mention all kids in the list of family members? Or its just that of my mum?

2. Do need a Hard copy of my educational assessment? What i got from WES was a soft copy, i never got the hard copy delivered. I just want to know so that i can save the money instead of wasting it on ordering another copy. So will the soft copy of my WES suffice for the application?

My self and family sit on 453 and we're still praying for a miracle so seniors and expects kindly help with the above questions.

Just wanted to add. Please list all your family members if you can,it is very cumbersome (i know this from experience)but it'll save you from alot in the future. And please confirm the definitions of step and half brothers. I think step only comes into play when the brother or sister is related to you by marriage,i.e the child of the man or woman who married your father or mother...half brother/sister are the ones you share a parent with. Please confirm.

Thank you all for your kind words.

Don't worry my people, I have guard dogs standing guard just for the passport. Have agents from SSS, military, boko and even EFCC, all working together to protect my passport. Even my daughter can't get to it. Lol

One beaten twice shy. On a more serious note, I have learnt my lessons.

Working very hard to land soonest, will keep all posted.
