Barely 10 minutes ago I returned from a meeting to find a DHL envelope on my desk.

I am really finding it hard to believe.

I received a refusal letter just now, my application was declined.

The only reason my people, degree, WES ECA not attached.

But that incorrect because I did. There's no way to get to the page where you make payment without attaching all the required documents on the checklist.

I believe I'm a victim of some computer glitch. My WES ECA and other documents I submitted are all in a folder on my computer. Everything intact!

For anyone who submitted an E-APR if you check ''view submitted application'' in MyCIC you will still find list of all required documents you submitted. It's the exact checklist items. In my case, only education is missing. How come? If not system error that people have complained about.

Please house, how can I re-open my application. I read somewhere that it is possible but I can't find the link.

I really need your help and prayers

I have been trying to recollect where I have heard of a similar case and Papapsi just hit the nail on the head.

I was an active participant of that group (my AOR is 8 October, 2015).

@superchi, I agree with Papapsi, quickly contact the user as he is still partially active although he has received his COPR about a month ago.

Here is some further information I found:

Broadly I think there are two options:
a. Pursue the case re-opening as per the guidelines in the above links (either on your own or with a lawyer/rep)
b. Pursue a new application altogether since you have a minimum of 600 points since you're PNP

I've read on this blog and elsewhere that your provincial nomination is valid for six months and can be transferred to your new EE profile. The problem is no one has been able to confirm how quickly this transfer is made. I propose you contact your nominating province to know how long your nomination is valid for and determine if you'll be successful with the transfer while exploring option (a). Since you'll have 600+ points I reckon you'll surely get an ITA in the next round. With the benefit of hindsight and GCMS notes you can submit a more "complete application."

I think you can assess both options and make a determination as to the best route to pursue.

Again please be strong; there are options! All the best and God be with you.
