If you didn't receive a PUM by tomorrow you should notified DHL for the pick up, however, they will request for email from AVO for the pick up.

U can't initiate pickup without d pick up mail...just be patient.

Seems to be the case in Nigeria but I initiated pick up without pick up mail from Canada. Accra only asked FedEx for file number when they went for my pick up & FedEx called me to obtain the file number. Till date I didn't receive pick up mail.
