Yes it is as long as it's been few days after application was approved & closed. I never received pick up mail - checked my spam as well - so I sent FedEx to go get my passport & Accra requested file number from FedEx for confirmation.

We have not heard of any PPR today from AVO.

Did anybody get any update?

Anyone with idea of what is happening today? Quite unusual we normally heard of updates every Monday.

Please i have a question, following the inability to access mycic account because of use of representative, is it advisable for me to stop his service since i'm already waiting for my pick up mail. some time it take them 2 to 3 days to respond to my mail and I dont have the pleasure of time.

Please seniors and those with experience should advise. Thanks.

u have paid for the services rendered,so wait till end. but i feel u should enquire for the details of your account, so that u can access it too.

I did asked, I was told they are using a centralise system. single login for multiple user/account.
How far with the package, has it arrived? have you book your ticket as well?
From last week of this month, ticket is becoming something else, the airline has gone gaga!! lol

HiiGuys, DHL is asking I attach the embassy confirmation letter to the authorisation letter I sent them yesterday. But unfortunately I have still not receive the pick up mail sInce one week now. Am going crazy now. Please advice what I should do next????.

How long does Avo responds to email? I have written to them yesterday with regards to my pick up mail but no responds as at now and DHL is also requesting for the confirmation letter before they go ahead and collect my passport.

Wonderful Avo members please come to my rescue because am burning inside. Has anybody experience a delay in the pick up mail for more than a week and eventually got it?.

@ Aroms UPS charges N14,975 for pickup. But I understand that these rates are not fixed as it is dependent on the value of the dollar. So they are returning N4,200 to me.

Although they were supposed to deliver today, they said they will be delivering tomorrow so you might want to check the expediency of UPS versus DHL.

I'm still waiting for my passport to see the visa... Tracked UPS and they are delivering tomorrow. By Gods grace I will testify. (I don resign sef).

Now the struggle for ticket has began. I have a deadline to travel before 1st July as medicals expire on that day. So tickets prices no be for here..

How far? Have you received pick up mail yet. You will be getting it soonest if you haven't already.
