it will come hezeb. i got PPR on 9th of may, passports were received 12th of may in Accra. got pick up mail today 2nd june

Based on your analysis it took them 3 weeks to process your after they received passport, mine will be 3 weeks by monday next week.
I'm hopefull

I'am moving with family to Canada I have relatives in toronto that can accommodate us pending when we sort out the accommodation issues in saskatchewan.
Please is possible I land in toronto and spend a week or 2 before moving to saskatchewan.

No they don't accept that again. Reason why they mentioned return envelope in your PPR letter. So its only a courier that can pick it

I initiated Pickup with ups, I paid 19.1K but I was told that I might get a refund of about 7k when the parcel gets here. I dont know how that works sha but im waiting. DHL is 19,500.
