House, I got PPR with schedule A, additional family request on may 9, sent documents including passports 10th of may,
documents received in Accra on 12th may, since then no update. Background check is still not needed, my app is still open.
Should I be worried? Pls need ur comments.

if u give it another week without any updates, u can remind them with an email.

Yes Airbnb works great, I've personally used it in the UK & the States multiple times. I usually go for the entire apartment rental so I don't stay with anyone & it's been amazing for me plus a ton cheaper than hotels. Just make sure to check reviews & go for one that has at least 4 stars overall.

I'm also planning to use Airbnb before I try renting a house. Saves you the hassle of leasing under pressure

WOW!!! , How did this happen, i suggest you quickly call CIC canada head office, send a CSE to Accra with immediate effect so they can block the visa so no one uses it. Then make arrangements to get a new passport, police report and forward all to CIC, hopefully they should reissue you a new visa. Do you have dependants. Ko ni da fun iyalaya snatcher.

It was snatched from my account officer, he was preparing PTA for me to travel.

Can somebody use the visa without the CoPR? I still have that. Accra normally takes 2 weeks to respond to mail and you can get them via phone.

Call CIC head office in canada, they should be able to cancel the visa or at least flag it if someone uses it at the airport.
