Hi Hudsonbanks, did you get your passport back safely?HudsonBanks said:Congrats! BG remains like that till Approved & Closed for some people, me included.
Actually return tracker just got activated this morning from FedEx since 26th April when application was approved and closed. Emailed Accra & sent CSE because they didn't send me pick up email but no response, so I grabbed the bull by the horn and called FedEx to go pick it up since I wasn't getting any response.LizzyBob said:Hi Hudsonbanks, did you get your passport back safely?

Scheduled delivery to me is next Monday so I'm pretty satisfied. Thanks for asking

hezeb said:Hello AVO folks, I received RFV email about an hour ago. Really super excited !
Apparently, I have only 15 days to submit passport. I have a few questions I would appreciate if those who have gone through the passport submission process can help clarify:
1. My RFV email did not specifically mention to submit passport to AVO, even though there were references to VFS Ghana and Nigeria. Is that normal? Yes
2. What is the best means of submitting passport? VFS or DHL?Any one can serve, but with dhl, the passport pick up hardly comes. You will have to follow up.
3. I was asked to submit an updated IMM8 form, family information form. Do I fill this and include with my application? If there have been no changes in your family structure since application, form not need. only include a letter stating that your family structure hasn't changed thru the application process, that's what I did.
4. Can anyone please provide a link to download the IMM8 form?
5. Any other issues I need to be aware of?
Thanks all!
And most importantly, Congratulations!!!

DHL seems a better option to me, VFS was slow, more expensive (multiply application processing fee for family of four) and I couldn't get any info from them as to why the delay even when my application was approved and closed.hezeb said:Thanks, @xls.
I have only 15 days to submit passport to them. Heard of few tales of VFS delays in the past. Would you still advise VFS over DHL? What option did you use for sending your passport?
