So just an update
I HAVE LANDED!!!! lol
Im pleased to inform u guys that ive landed safely and i am with my family.i came thru emirates,it was a long flight from lagos to dubai (6+hours) then dubai to seattle (14+hrs)thank God i had a USA visa cos they wanted to give me issues,then seattle to calgary (2hours). I was asked only two questions by the landing officer...any crimes commited and bla bla bla,then any other dependents apart from the ones mentioned....that was it. I arrived early (11.40am) so i thot I'd get my SIN but the guy said they dont give that at the airport (I've heard otherwise)but i dint care once he told me congratulations u r now a PR of canada,lol....anyways....let me spend time with my family jare,God bless u guys....i love my naija peeps.we go make am here...ill keep u guys up to date.

I'm going to Land in Ontario in few weeks, will Immigration ask for Medical insurance at the airport? I know I have to apply for 3 months insurance in Ontario for myself and my family, is medical insurance a per-requisite for entry in ont ?

Hello everyone, i have been asked to submit my passport to Accra VO. I am based in Saudi Arabia, however my wife and son are based in Nigeria. I am the principal applicant and my address is listed as Saudi Arabia. Which of these is best.

1. I send my passport from saudi to nigeria and then my wife couriers it to AVO.

2. My wife couriers hers and baby's passport to saudi and then i send all to Ghana.

will option 1 pose any problem since i the principal applicant am based in saudi arabia, will it cause any problem if the courier originates from Nigeria.

I don't think there is any issue in using either 1 or 2. But there is a third option.
You can inform them of your present location and that you want to send your passport to Riyadh VO while your family, presently in Nigeria send to Accra.

I have seen people do that successfully. The decision is your.

please house,i need your suggestions.
I am AOR february, but made RPRF payments thru CSE since march22, and yet to receive any acknowledgement of payment from cic. I have called them twice on this, the first response was that i shouldnt worry that it is electronically generated, and as such, it is believed that they have received it. second response is that i should wait ,that a message will be sent at the appropriate time. now its more than a month with no update on profile, nor the AOR for payment. pls i need you to advice on what to do.
