received at AVO on 29th of March (thanks to Easter holiday)
application approved 6th of April
and then nothing.
Two weeks after approval, still waiting for pick up mail. is AVO tis slow?

You might want to send Accra VO (accra.immigration@international.gc.ca) an email. If you do, be sure to include your UCI, Application Number (E000XXXXXX), and date of birth.

Explain that your passport(s) and documentation were delivered to their office and signed for (mention the date/time and the person who received the package; see the Proof-of-Delivery information provided by the courier company). Politely ask that the pick-up information be sent to you.
