It seems so. It's a national holiday in Ghana although I do not see it on the official list of holidays on the AVO site. I did as you advised yesterday and emailed them. Tell me have you heard back yet?

forget pickup mail schedule your pickup with a courier . I can tell you is over two weeks now i have my pp no mail. Once your application is approved it means ready to collect.

procedure- call your courier ask them to schedule a pickup for your package, then follow up with the local courier to ensure they go to the embassy. Good luck

But the courier service providers (ups and dhl) requires a letter from AVO stating passport ready for pick up. How do you get pass that?

I don't know how to ask DHL to go without the letter. I'll just wait it out. I've emailed AVO though. I got a DHL this morning only to turn it over and see it's from a vendor. Phew

The strangest thing just happened. I don't know what to make of it.

I got mail saying application has been updated. Logged in and saw that BG has gone back to in progress and final decision not started.
