Yes it has been issued.By tomorrow afternoon you will get an email to arrange pick up if you used DHL.Got same message last Friday,paid 21700 to DHL and got tracking for return courier today.Hopefully it will get to Lagos tomorrow and pick on Thursday.Wishing the group more and more PPRs this week.duckirha said:

Reason I'm asking is I need to travel soon for 1-2 months and as I'm currently 64 days after AOR i might get PPR before i can come back.

I came back to the country of current residence, Nigeria and then I sent passports to Accra. Yes, I had to cut my trip short.One_Topsy said:
It is uncertain to get PPR, maybe you will get it next week, maybe after two months. Try to travel after 2/3 months. If you have urgent case, travel now but be prepared to come back any time if you have to. Remember from Accra office gives only 15 days to submit passports. And I suggest you to use DHL. It is faster thanVFS.
Maybe you can send the passports from your country, but if it is long distance to accra, it would risky to send passports. That's the reason I came back to Nigeria and then sent.
Think and take decision wisely. But you will have some solution for every situation.

High commission of Canada sent me email, then I forwarded the email to dhl with an authorisation letter authorising DHL to pick my documents up. Then I paid DHL and dhl used the email as reference and sent it to Ghana dhl to pick it up. Tomorrow I will get the tracking number.One_Topsy said:
