just got my moms passport request from ircc..vfs require photo and complete appendix b..can anyhow tell me where to find appendix b form? google just show photo spec as appendix b.
Appendix B - you may be able to find it but don't worry about it. The main things needed for appendix B are height and eye colour. The rest is all passport tombstone page data - name / dob / passport # / etc. Much simpler is just do up a table where you enter the basics PLUS height and eye colour. The rest of the info is unimportant really - name / dob / passport #, since they will get the rest from the passport anyway.
For whatever reason they insist on this height and eye colour in addition to others and can't bring themselves to stop referring to this blasted Appendix that even VFS can't seeem to find anymore. (I should sell them the image of the one I have but it's so minimal and basic it's not even a thing)
And yes, I did exactly this, a table where I showed this for applicant and all dependents, no problems. Just a column or row for each person who will be getting PR. I know others who have simply written a short letter providing the height and eye colour and not had problems.
