Hey did it worked out fine for you? Just submitting the word document with the identifying information for Appendix B? Or was there any other requirements from vfs?
Just read the thread. Hundreds of people have been through this mess. Provide height and eye colour for principal applicant and all dependents - as well as identifying info (passport date of birth uci).

Yes, for passport submission. I have the passport, copy of the letter and photos. Do I not need any other document? If not, then where to mention my height and eye color, as requested in the letter?

Guys, I am an inland primary applicant and I got the ready-for visa document today for my spouse (outland secondary applicant). I just have one question:

1. On the last page of the document there is a table on which I have to fill in details (basic info, eye color, and height) and then my spouse have to print whole document and take it to VFS right?

2. Also, if only my spouse is submitting a passport, what should be under the "Applicant" and "Spouse" columns of the table?
  • Applicant -> Me (Primary Applicant) and Spouse -> my spouse (secondary applicant)
  • Applicant -> My spouse (secondary applicant) and Spouse -> Me (Primary Applicant)
Please help thanks.

If you are sponsor, your info not needed. THey use this form for non-spousal applications too, where there will be a dependent spouse.

Yes, fill the form and print it out. Include with your passport submission.

I am not a sponsor (I am primary inland applicant).

So my spouse has to fill the form using which of two options?
  • Applicant -> Me (Primary Applicant) and Spouse -> my spouse (secondary applicant)
  • Applicant -> My spouse (secondary applicant) and Spouse -> Me (Primary Applicant)

Don't know. You've sponsored in the family sponsorship forum. Post in the forum related t your application type.

It's a CEC application (with two candidates). I guess I am getting confused with the term sponsor.
This has nothing to do with Family Class Sponsorship. Which involves a PR or citizen of Canada applying to sponsor a family member (spouse/common law partner/dependent children).
So in your case, it's not family class sponsorship.

Ask in the forum that applies to your case.

I can't answer your question anyway: primary applicant is the primary applicant. If you can't read the forms that you filed, you should perhaps pay someone money.

You're the principal applicant. Put your name under Applicant.
