Hello everyone,

would anyone happen to know where there is a forum that talks about appeals. I have a few question I would like to ask.

Thanks

As mentioned, there is an appeal thread at immi. ca that has some good information in it. You might also be interested in reading the following:

Appelant's Guide to Alternative Dispute Resolution

Most appeals are given an opportunity to resolve through the ADR process - but some refusals, based on the reason, have to go to a full oral hearing. The ADR process is like a mediation, where they try to "settle" the issues without having to go to court . . . whereas a oral hearing is comparable to a normal court case/appearance.

Hi,
My application was not suceessful due to financial reasons. So I'm working on it with a lawyer now. so what kind of process would it be in my case and how long do I have to wait after the appeal?
