appeal made in 2015 for qubec skilled worker programs

i think there is not much information out there regarding how long does it take for appeals to be answered.
i have made an appeal to midi in 2015 as my file was rejected eventhough that i had 60 point with or without the document which was said to be incorrectly atteseted.


but till mow there is no decision on my appeal .and just to mention that i had initially made my file in july 2013 .at that time i had just 50 point after which i did french B2

but my consultant told me that he has made an appeal
that is all i know about it
