Yes we need more info in order to better assist you. Ecas is the "Client Application Status" when you login online. Both sponsor and principal applicant can do that.

All cases are different not because your friends got refusal you'll get one too. Everybody is asking you why you think is a refusal, perhaps your interview was not good and you have that feeling but you need to give a little bit of more detail so people can give you better input, the fact that you haven't received the correspondence doesn't mean is also a refusal.
You're not even telling us what happened during the interview or even what potential red flags you guys have.
Did your spouse do poorly on the interview? was she not able to answer some of the questions properly? Do you guys have a large age difference, married on first visit, had a non traditional wedding, she tried to enter Canada before, etc?
Was the interviewer not happy with some of the answers your spouse gave?
