I have applied to sponsor my spouse living in Pakistan during the month of August 2019. AoR1 received during the month of October 2019 and my spouse have given his bio-metrics and Medical exam during December 2019. Now CIC Sydney NS has apprised me that the case has now been sent to London Visa Office.

Can anyone let me know that how long London Visa Office will take to send me AoR2 and how long they usually take to finalize the case. Thank You

It can take around 1 week to 4 weeks to get AOR2 according to tracker.

sometimes VO does not send AOR2 or sends almost simultaneously with PPR

Still waiting for the AoR2, 50 days have been passed after file moved to LVO. I guess they moved the application to VO electronically.

I'm waiting for the update on ecas that they recieved my file.. I got the email on Friday afternoon they forwarded my application to London. And idea on when I should receive the update?

For your case they are probably processing your application they dont normally send out aor 2

I have already seen some of the Application who got their AoR2 from LVO between 50 to 60 days after the file moved. And in my opinion, LVO is the slowest VO among the all.

When should I see the update on ecas? And LVO is getting quicker with getting ppr to most after 4-5 months

As I said earlier, no one give you the exact or tentative time. You have to wait for the response of LVO and nothing else.

I received AOR2 as a letter on my GCKey account, and my husband who is the sponsor received an email as well.

Still no signs of AoR2, 59 days since the file moved to LVO. Frustration

Today I used the webform and enquired regarding the receipt of the file which was moved to LVO on January 13, 2020 as apprised by CPC Sydney. After passing 64 days, AoR2 hasn't been received. In response of the enquiry, LVO replied which is reproduced below:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Once your file is received by our office, an acknowledgement letter will be sen to you. Your application will then be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.

Our office will contact the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required. Immigration decisions and information requests are sent by post or email to the addresses provided in the application.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.
