Hi canilangcd!

What is your visa office? Is it Manila Visa office? Do not be sad, I'm sure your AOR will come very soon as I've seen others who sent their application last January 2015 and have received their AORs.. Continue praying and dont loose your faith..

By the way, mine was received by CIC last March 14, 2015. Please keep.us posted once u received ur AOR..Thanks!
