it's not the case. the longest time from File Reach CIC to AOR is 92 days!

it's not the case. the longest time from File Reach CIC to AOR is 92 days!

Someone whose file reached in May and June haven't received AOR yet...

From Ontario? Yeah I got the nomination already. Now just waiting for the AOR from CIC.

I don't think that is normal and I believe something is going on with your file. People from September 09 got their AOR in Nov:

I would recommend calling CIC and getting to the bottom of this ASAP if you have not done already.
