Edmonton CPC moves at a snail speed, if your application is not processed within the standard processing time line, it's mostly likely to be part of backlog and going to get delayed furthermore, so follow rigorously in the best of your capacity.

You will not receive any email any further, since you're an in land applicant, to the best of my knowledge IRCC doesn't shoot any RFV email to such applications. Your COPR is the closure of your PR application.
Thanks, I have only one option to get in touch with the local MP through email.
After re-requesting over 2-3 emails, the local MP agreed to put a flag on my file for another follow-up with Edmonton CPC. But as usual, they also confirmed no timeline for that.
It's almost 6.5 months for me, at the same time outland FSW people are getting PPR/RFV in 3-4 months now.
I just don't understand if they confirmed they sent me the document during April 2023 and I never received it, where it has gone?
Moreover, why it's taking these many days to send an RFV email when they confirmed my COPR number in Feb 2023?

I am sorry if you found my comment derogatory. My intention was to just share some facts from my social circle, maybe it's not working for you the same as me, as every case is different.
Furthermore, there are many CEC outlanders who got their passport requests within the timeline.
Let's pray for the best for us and start doing everything in our capabilities.

Not so sure, but I read somewhere ( I may be wrong) that it's an automated process and a few people are having PQ- 9515 errors in their GCMS notes.
Not sure what is that/how it can be resolved!!

I am facing the same issue, my COPR no updated in tracker on 26th May and havent received the PPR email till date. I am too confused what to do in this case.
